客房较宽畅，湖景房因建筑格局的关系，只是靠近斜角的阳台才能看到一小片美兰湖景。整体环境尚可，美兰湖边的景色不错。

原来很好的一家酒店，带着期待节日中住了，却失望的很。房间依旧，大，宽敞，湖景尽入眼中。可惜，布料已旧，被褥发黄，毛巾粗糙，洗漱用品很低端，在阳台上，扶手栏杆蒙着灰尘，想必很久没有擦拭了。电梯里没有日期垫，有客人随手扔的垃圾也无人打扫。早餐更是不敢恭维，品种很少，面包是硬的。大堂往湖的通道，空空荡荡，走下去，有儿童钓鱼，卡丁车等摊位，都是私人承包，垃圾满地，加上酒店的烧烤烟雾真是乌烟障气。抬头望总台，没了星级酒店标牌，看来以后不能再来了。
