酒店环境不错，房间也挺大，不过我入住的当晚没有热水，后半夜起来发现有热水了，应该是那个时段供不应求吧，其他的都还不错！

第一次入住，整体感觉很棒。酒店大堂和客房走廊和房间香薰味道很好闻。10号晚上八点五十左右办理入住，当时客流量不大，当班前台接待很热情，办理入住的效率也高，会主动询问需要高或矮楼层房间，服务意识很强！到客房后需要火种，当班的客房服务员金文很快就送到房间，没隔一会儿前台电话询问是否需要柠檬水，得到肯定后金文又在很快的时间内送到房间，因为比较烫，主动帮忙放到茶几上，并且问候到位，很贴心，非常棒！早餐在二楼，餐厅不算大，食物种类还比较丰富。早上前台退房手续和查房效率也都比较高，两位接待员配合也不错。总的来说，性价比超高，下次还会选择。

在这三年内、住了這間飯店不下十次，頭幾次衛生還可以，之後投诉了幾次後，再也没大問题，可惜這次水準太差，祇能用驚嚇來形容。。浴室地面有多根頭髮。。 （包括洗澡的地面） ...再打開被舖就看到一坨黑。。。。反正令人作噁。。
