房间很脏，走廊里经常遇到有人抽烟，酒店管理很差.分单层双层客梯，机器人晚上的时候説单层不能用 快递只能到楼下自取，半夜时候机器人坏了，哪个层都不能用

酒店设施太差，根本就不够4星标准。小小的大堂，大堂里没几个可以坐的沙发，4个小小的电梯（一个电梯顶多乘坐4-5人）。房间内墙壁上的所有的插座连手机充电器都插不紧插不稳，直接掉下来，插座根本不能用。后来才发现床头柜上放在一个带线的多孔魔方插座，才解决了手机和笔记本电脑充电的问题。~休闲沙发上的靠垫都是烂的，浴缸里的堵塞根本压不下去，浴缸就是个摆设了。一个大概只有40寸左右的电视机。没见过这么差设施的四星级酒店。另外，房间号称是城景大床房，旁边就是奥迪什么车展中心吧，跟所住的6楼差不多一样高，从房间往外看，除了看到奥迪公司的房子，根本就看不到城市街景。
服务也差得不行。晚上到达时前台只有一个服务人员，办完手续后也不直接告诉客人电梯在哪。电梯要从一个小小的通道拐两个弯，也没有明显醒目的标识。
早上6点半退房时，前台居然没有工作人员，无法当场结算和开发票。要8点后再打电话给酒店前台才能开发票。
最差的一次四星级标准的酒店住宿。这个酒店除了位置好（就在4号线和7号线的出口附近），其它没觉得哪样好，也不知携程怎么标成4星的？

整体酒店配套还可以，服务还是很不错的，礼宾部相关人员主动告知外卖讯息并协调沟通住宿相关问题。备注：该酒店有30天的长租服务，如果需要看病什么，相较于上海的物价，性价比还可以的。

The hotel was really nice, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was also good.
There is currently construction near by but nothing the hotel can do about that.

Convenient right outside of Dong An Rd metro station. Lots of food downstairs. Good area for pick up at the front (Didi and other cab services).

It’s a very old hotel. The first room they gave us smell of pee , after they have given one without bad small, but the toilet has the black line of molds all around the tiles. Moquette aren’t washed properly and funny thing to go to room’s elevator you need to pass through the public toilets.

酒店位置非常好，就在肿瘤医院对面，大部分都是为了看病来住的，交通方便，地铁东安路4号口出来就到。前台高敬服务非常好，一来就给我们送了口罩还免费升级到高级大床房。大堂的王浩浩和万经纬也很热情的帮我们寄存行李，房间挺宽敞，住的还比较舒服。
