非常感谢大堂GRO邓淑芬，因为中午退房得时候，我的一个袋子掉在大堂的柜子上，里面装有我的钱包，身份证，银行卡，在我非常着急的时候，大堂的一位工作人员给我送过来了，我真的非常感谢她，拾金不昧得精神让我感动，这位工作人员服务热情，让我在这人生地不熟的地方，感受到了家的温暖，酒店也很好，地理位置好，交通方便，真的是最有人情味的酒店！！！
