大堂可以，房间刚入住卫生间的门缺失，马桶圈也坏了，用马桶的时候差点跌倒。后来经协商调换房间，要求服务员加条椅子，结果送来一条前后很晃荡的破椅子，对此很失望。给服务员说要退房，服务员说随便。不想再奔波，就忍了，只住了一个晚上。
