服务吗？一塌糊涂，由于酒店和艺龙之间原因，入住耽误了20多分钟。相互扯皮，酒店前台就一句户：“不能入住，我不负责”。感觉应该叫“传统国营，革命群众专政酒店”。我给钱，先入住，酒店和艺龙之间事情，你们慢慢解决不行吗？
服务态度和水平，就70年代招待所。完全不推荐这家酒店。
