第一次差评！我们五一节入住酒店，看着酒店位置不错，附近有个金山百联。到酒店下午3点的样子，当时温度28度，进入房间后空调只有制热不能制冷，到前台交涉说这个是公司规定一定要到6月1日后才能开制冷空调，你不满意可以退房（前台接待态度恶劣一直让我们退房），要知道五一节期间退了房我一大家子到哪里住？！之后客房经理来了态度还行，但是制冷空调还是不能开，只能提供电扇（酒店没有电扇，还是客房经理家里拿来的）我也是醉了！之后一个晚上都没睡好，热的不行。第二天只能换酒店。在上海魔都能有这样的酒店有这样的酒店管理我也是无语了！！！
