酒店服务很好，前台帅哥袁正文很热情！管家来兄为我介绍酒店各项服务，还有免费到机场接送的专车，晚上7:30还有去外滩的专车。整体卫生也很干净，位置很好，离外滩，东方明珠坐地铁大约40分钟，值的一提的是酒店的餐饮，早餐丰富，有工作人员现做，材质都很新鲜，感觉很满意！

第一次入住美豪酒店长寿路店，还没到店就有一位管家叫沈来兄的发来短信提醒上海天气和酒店地址，和酒店各项免费服务等，以为是个男孩，到店后发现是位美女，刚进门有就一小火帮忙拿行李，:感觉回到自己家里一样，到了前台管家提供毛巾饮料服务，酒店服务非常人性化 ，商务出差非常好，入住酒店有免费虹桥接送机服务，酒店14楼有免费自助洗衣房，晚间有美女良知送银耳养羹，非常贴心
