房间不大，但设施齐全紧凑，看起来还不错，灯光有点暗，没有见到欢迎水果，然后在床上和墙上发现有蚂蚁，联系前台后，前台服务超好，很爽快地给我免费升级为行政大床房，还有欢迎水果??

之前在西安住过，这次是来上海出差，选择了美豪，服务还是非常棒的，客服管家闫娜美女服务很贴心，还给我赠送了免费的水果，还可以免费洗衣服呦，前台龚艳办理入住很流畅，还询问我对房间的特殊要求，早餐也很不错呦，打算以后出差就认准美豪了，值得推荐

非常好的一次住宿，服务十分周全！酒店内部和屋内设施很干净，还有可以自己洗衣服和免费喝下午茶的地方和spa汗蒸。外面这几天下雨屋内也还有雨伞，客服也都非常非常到位！
PS：特别感谢孙海静客服小姐姐帮忙把洗好的衣服烘干收好。

服务贴心热情。房间除了干净整洁外，设备都非常新，装修也很符合年轻人的品味，另外床很舒服，卫生间也很好很干净。真正做到了品牌创始人说的那句话，让中国人感到有尊严，有温度的酒店
