房间的装修还是比较干净大气的，衣帽间和浴室都还比较大。卫生情况还是可以的。空调可以说完全没作用，噪声还巨大，最后关了。晚上整个楼没有热水，澡也没洗身上黏糊糊的，知道这个是万达广场设施出现问题，但是酒店也没人出来解释，第二天结账反映一下，前台就对我笑笑，完全没有解释补救措施，反正这个是住客自己倒霉，跟他们没关系。看前面的点评没水也不是小概率事件。这个这个服务态度完全不能接受，还不如住对面，万达也就隔一条马路。
