服务态度非常差，本人因为身份证丢了补办中，拿护照办理入住，还附有在机场派出所开具的身份证明，都说不能办，还给我一句你去别的地方住吧。让他们经理出来也不出来，前台进进出出，最后说护照得有今年出入境记录的才能住，幸好我今年去过一次越南，墨迹了半天才让我入住。退房时看见前台有意见表指示牌，我说给我一个填一下，前台人员扭扭捏捏的说意见表没了。就这态度，都不敢直面客户的意见！
