早餐实在太差，网络简直没法用，房间太小。最让人无语的是一位大堂经理，就某些问题咨询时，在完全不了解情况时，居然信口开河

环境很好，卫生不错，服务规范，设施齐全、交通方便。唯一欠缺的早餐太差太少，刚开始供应十几个人以后包子和有的菜空了，也不见添加。另外7点半开饭太晚，一些外出办事的客人只能放弃早餐。

酒店位置非常好，离8号线上海图书馆站很近，1号线衡山站也不远，公交车站更近，出行方便，靠近各国领事馆区，很幽静。酒店自身条件一般，早餐只经济型如家水平，附近就餐有，但较贵。
