浴室漏水，洗完澡外面都是水，马桶上有根很长的头发，早上被楼下的顺丰快递吵醒，送的苹果已经褶皱，酒店前台服务还可以。

最早住这家酒店是在网上予订的，感觉性价比不错。后来改成纽宾凯后，在原来设施不变的情况下，涨价50%以上。服务员建议购买会员卡会比网上便宜，故购买了金卡会员，今天入住服务员给的金卡会员价比网上订购要贵。不知什么回事！

以前叫青枫浦上，改名后价格涨了将近100%，服务与之前一样
，房间设施以旧，拖鞋比之前好了些，洗头洗澡的换了牌子是好是环不知道，除原有的茶包外増加了2支3合1咖啡。
