上海新世纪酒店公寓卫生状况较好，酒店服务人员较热情，但是部分房间有些旧，淋浴用的是电热水器，洗一会澡热水就没有了。

酒店的房间设施有些陈旧,卫生间比较小,可以用简陋来形容.早餐据称要去前台领,嫌麻烦没去领过,故不知道早餐如何.总体感觉价格有些偏高,可能是是世博的原因,希望以后可以降到合理的范围内
