客房布局有走迷宫的感觉，特别严重的是不知道哪里是安全出口，没事时都找不到，紧急情况下就更找不到了。一楼的餐厅比二楼的餐厅好一些。

停车方便，房间较舒适；前台服务和客房服务态度好、细心、周到；位置也不错，出行交通方便，打的或者坐地铁（出门右转２００米有地铁站）都是比较方便的，自己开车的话出六左转500米就能上延安高架。就是早餐不太丰富。

酒店硬件设施都很不错， 标双房间很大， 很舒服，服务也很热情。 可是住的那天晚上中央空调坏了，找了工程部来修理也没修好，最后给了台电风扇，还好不是很热，否则肯定不会接受。 温泉整体不错， 更衣室很干净， 但是人一多最后连替换浴巾都不够了，这点需要及时补给。

该宾馆环境优美、静谧，卫生不错，服务尚可，距离虹桥机场很近，又处10号线地铁口，不错，下次来还会选择这家宾馆。

因为朋友也住这酒店，为了方便定了高级大床房。房间里面很干净，但家具等设施都很陈旧了，所以里面总有一股老旧的霉味。配的热水壶，太大太高了，龙头下面接水放不进去。只能找个杯子向里面舀。卫生间里配置的秤是坏的，根本不能用，既然是坏的还放在那干嘛，糊弄客人？餐厅的菜，不知是不是接了婚宴太忙的原因，做出来的菜太一般了，和外面的摊上没多大差别，而且价格也不便宜。前台就一个接待，又要接电话又要接待客人，忙不过来，结账也没有明细给你，直接打了一张发票。总之对比其提供的服务，感觉价格贵了，不值。
