上海北外滩性价比最高的五星级酒店，能看江景的还1000不到。地段好，装修也不错。就是空调不太好

带的老人孩子一起住的家庭房，入住时前台给错房间，给客服说了后马上更换了，前台道歉还送了水果，客服人员态度都很热情有礼，回答问题也很详细。酒店离地铁站很近，步行300米左右就到。早餐味道也不错，顶楼还有一个旋转餐厅，可以看外滩的夜景。
