酒店大堂经理解决问题的能力很好，地理位置也不错，距离主要市区景点不远，步行或打车都很方便，距离地铁步行走15分钟，酒店的早餐还算丰盛，有免费的停车场，性价比不错的酒店。

宾馆距离提篮桥地铁不远，走路几分钟可达。距离外滩滨江绿道也不远，可以蹓达经过俄罗斯联邦驻上海总领事馆过外白渡桥后到达外滩观景平台。酒店早餐还算丰富。

酒店环境很满意，房间适合亲子住，我们一家三个大人一个小孩，住的也很舒服，酒店服务还不错，提供的早饭种类丰富，咖啡很好喝，酒店二楼饭店味道着实不错，适合老少，虽然价格并不算亲民，宝贝对酒店非常满意，美中不足的是说是亲子酒店，但宝宝玩的地方就一小块，对于我家六岁宝宝已经没有吸引力了，如果在儿童乐园这块再加强些的话会更满意，总体来说是愉快的一晚???
