替别人订的房间，我到前台提前拿取房卡的时候前台接待的服务态度不是很好，还一直强制要求我办理会员，我拒绝后态度变得更加不耐烦！然后今天我突然接到前台的电话通知我支付房间里食用的牛肉干的费用，我一头雾水，为什么离房的时候服务员不当场就检查下房间里东西有没有少，等人走了之后再打电话给我一个不在场的人要牛肉干的钱！我怎么知道他到底吃没吃呢？！还一直跟我说如果我不给这个钱他定金就不会还给我！简直差评！服务态度和处理事情的方式简直让人不能忍！
