服务很不错，房型较大。干净，但设施有些陈旧。
住的房间热水器有点问题，把冷水开到最大依然很烫，但一旦关小热水，热水器就停止运行，水变冰凉。解决方法是在冷热水都开到最大的情况下打开洗脸池的热水，放走一部分来调节温度。

酒店位置很好，离外滩、南京西路都很近。电梯很有老上海的感觉，就是入住的房子太小了，沙发上还破了个洞TOT

绝对推荐外滩超级江景房，屋内有保险柜和冰箱，但是早餐太差了，本来以为是自助结果是每人发了两个面包啊，真是太失望了，屋内很宽畅，景色非常的美！出行也很方便！下次去上海还会去，但是希望一定把早餐好好改改！很愉快的一次入住！

3月份去的时候酒店餐厅在装修，每天需要去固定的房间领早餐，但是早餐分量很足，套房面积够大，硬件方面有些陈旧，酒店地理位置不错，走路去外滩也就3-5分钟。
