首先，总体评价一下。性价比还是非常高的，肇嘉浜路4号口和酒店的侧门就在一起，出行非常便利，整体服务的效率也非常高，卫生状况很赞。但是有以下三点意见：1、电梯比较老，这点与四星酒店的身份不符。2、服务人员效率高但是服务态度很一般，比北京和广州深圳差很多，基本无笑脸。3、马桶比较老旧，容易堵。整体我还是愿意给四星半五星的，对上述问题介意的朋友们可以再考虑考虑，希望酒店有所提升。
