酒店设施老旧，床太软，枕头也软，支撑性差，床对着镜子，灯光昏暗，而且房间内还有蚊子！
服务也差，态度也差，打个前台电话话还没説完直接就给挂了！直接一句：我们外卖不送上楼，自己下来拿！（最搞笑的是第一天帮我送了，第二天不送了。接听电话的前台态度巨差！语气巨差！我都还没回话呢给我挂了，这就是四星级酒店哈哈哈哈哈）
不让外卖员送上楼这件事非常正常可以理解， 但酒店难道不需要派工作人员送上楼或者机器人送嘛？？ 点外卖不就是为了不出门吗 ？？时代在变化，你们这破酒店与时俱进是一点不考虑啊
真考虑安全问题的话，人家酒店都是一张卡刷一层楼的，你们酒店一张卡能刷6-9层楼！难道这就是安全嘛？
合着这也不是什么大的五星级酒店啊，态度还不如人连锁酒店呢，破破烂烂的，大家都避雷吧

房间打扫的非常清洁，衞生设施一流。有除湿机，房间空气清新。
特别是前台小郭服务热情周到，对长者特别体贴照顾，似宾至如归，来了还想来。
硬件设施一流，环境好，领导们也很好，这么好的宾馆上海不大有，我们住了才知道，要大力宣扬。

Excellent hotel. Not far at all from Pudong central area and not far from Bund. Clean, rooms are spacious. Stuff if helpful. The only problem is that when you order something, can’t be delivered to the room. That is little annoying.

It was really stay. Good location. Good service. Nice breakfast. Not far from attractive area. I spent 2 nights there and could walk to the side ofHangpu river easily. Could say worth the money

不错的一家酒店，很舒适，很干净，房间配套和面积都很好，开窗能看到黄浦江，很安静，早晚在江边绿道骑车走路都很方便，到陆家嘴只有三公里，走路45分钟就到了，很方便。酒店价格在这个地段也是不错的，最主要酒店是独立的院子，没有其他商业打扰。交通和吃饭也很方便。
