客房的卫生状况堪忧，桌子上有脏斑，床头柜上一层灰+一根长发，电话上也是一层灰，被罩上有污渍，厕纸质量太差...显然，酒店的客房服务的管理存在很大问题。环境方面，地铁出行还算方便，但楼下有个大的废品回收站，夜里打包的声音很吵。
