亲戚来上海玩，因为离开家近就定了，其它都不错就是8号退房的前台服务有待改善

卫生和设施不错，前一天有位亲戚喝多了，对前台不太礼貌，但两位前台都始终面带微笑，不卑不亢。退房时候的换了个前台，因为有6间房每个人记不住那么多房号，结果她通过系统怎么也找不到我们的房间号，提醒她所有入住人身份证都刷过她可以通过姓名找。整个过程表现得很不耐烦很不情愿，最后虽然都找到了。但是让人心里不舒服，对系统的熟悉程度是一回事，提供服务时候的态度和心态是另外一回事。写这么多希望可以改进。
