这次订的是大床房，房间位于拐角处，没有以前来住过的标准间好，设施陈旧，墙纸有脱离，床头没有插座，手机充电很不方便，房间没有针线包，问前台，先是让自己在找，告知没有后，又让自己去前台取，说是没有人能送房间，服务态度冷淡，
