夜里近11点，从海南开车到达酒店，告知没有停车位，要把车停在马路边。当天厦门刮大风，前台虽在酒店大堂里面，但是透风，即使我们给两位小朋友裹了毯子，依然冷。办理入住时，告知必须要小朋友的户口本才能入住，但是订酒店时，包括确认入住也未告知，要小朋友的户口本，说是厦门当地规定。没办法，只能半夜电话老家人，查询小孩的户口本号码，然后抱着小孩在大堂里拍照、填写家庭住址等信息，前后办理入住达到20分钟之久，而我的两位小朋友也在风里抖了20分钟（我们第二天去酒店1公里街道的全季酒店，根本不需要小朋友的户口本）。我要求前台人员先给房卡，让小朋友先上楼，我在前台办理入住，他才勉强的说：我先让一张房卡给你。我顿时火了：什么叫让！虽然从厦门回来有几天了，我也入住了全国多个城市的华美达酒店，但是没见到服务态度这么差的、管理这么混乱的酒店。再加上前台的男性服务员有很严重的口臭，直接导致我很愤慨，本计划在厦门的华美达住两天，直接改变计划走人了。

说是以前的五星酒店，但确实是老了，只能说是宾馆，毛巾有黄点。早餐品种也是很少，东西没有了也不会及时添加！
