14:00到大厅办理入住，等了20分钟还是没有打扫干净的房间，等……。先沟通说12点以后可以办入住，再来个大堂经理尽量说通常14点以后，什么服务！！！问投诉电话，回答就是大堂总机，意思没啥用，什么管理……
