该酒店设施位置都不错，但员工素质很差，前台、餐厅的工作人员大多数面无表情，回答问题爱答不理，对待工作似乎很厌倦、很被迫。门童帮客人送一下行李似乎更关心有没有小费。总之，希望酒店领导引起重视，不要因为这些影响就店的口碑。
