垃圾中的垃圾，尤其是前台服务人员，退房时间不明群说清楚，也不打电话说明退房时间跟超过要补半天房费，完全以误导的形式让我超出十几分钟，我到前台退房竟然扣我229的押金，十几分钟跟我要229，还理直气壮的跟我说酒店规定！这个钱我也不知道去了哪里，还是内部员工私吞了，这样的方式让我直接对华美达有了重新的认识，希望广大消费者要注意！！！
