该酒店是一涉外公寓式酒店，外国人占很大比例，免费提供早餐，同时配备了一些厨房用品：电磁炉、小锅、碗筷碟子等，还有冰箱和洗衣机。热水由燃气热水器提供（16L），这样就可以保证用热水的方便。该酒店坐落在天山路与威宁路交口处，2号地铁（上海称：轨道交通）威宁站就在它的脚下，1号出口上来后左后转进2门便是该酒店，门前有服务生替你打开电梯。天山路车水马龙，夜晚车流声不断，在意的请注意。此次住宿感觉满意的是地点，出行坐地铁很方便（查看地铁图就知道了）但上海的地铁感觉很长，坐起来很累。网上预订与前台订房价格一样（738.00），没有优惠，只是保证有房。

房间设施齐全，厨房有简单厨具。房间有两台空调，但因为是酒店服务式公寓，冬天入住大堂、电梯间、走廊都很冷。房间一直吹热风很干。服务很好。还有洗衣机，可能比较适合要长期住的人。特别提醒厨房赠送的水和饼干要检查过期日。
