今天的事真让人很火大！！！！本来去退房的，然后我把单子给到前台，前台一直在那聊天，然后，她把押金单放在前台，在那聊天，我根本不知道她跟我说让我签字的话！！！关键她那个话我也听不懂好吧！然后她又用那不是根本很标准的普通话和我说啦一遍让我签字，我才反应过来，然后瞬间，她对她那个朋友对笑一下，把我当傻子呢！！这就是你们服务的态度嘛？？？？关于房间，卫生等，我觉得还可以吧！
