房间还是不错的，挺大，早餐也还可以，就是人挺多。卫生间只有一个手持花洒，没有大的垂直花洒，不太方便。

今天住张江美居真是不顺利。
1、人到酒店，离预定已经过去了3个小时。前台还没有收到我的订单。这件事同携程确认，是携程的问题。携程你今天太差了。
2、拿了房卡上楼，开了半天门（311），开不了，打电话给前台，服务员慢腾腾的上来开门。开了门就要走，我们是什么原因？说是门锁坏了。我问，那每次我要开门都要你们来开，回答：是的，然后补了一句“你也可以去办张卡试试”，就走了。后来，实在很生气，打电话给前台，是JIM同志接的，二话没说就办了张卡来试试，这才是工作的态度。但此间张江美居硬件，服务总的来说很不满意。
3、今天开来不宜住酒店。
