必须说酒店位置很好，价格也适中，酒店挺显眼好找，离南京路和外滩很近，出门玩方便。周围餐馆便利店也多，吃饭之类的也方便。酒店给安排的房间就能看见东方明珠塔。出门酒店前台服务态度特好，就是房间卫生搞的不太好。我竟然在房间角落发现了避孕套的袋子，这卫生搞的也太不仔细了吧。我个人的建议是设施老没关系，毕竟价格在那儿摆着呢，能力有限的话也不是想更新就更新的，但卫生不搞好，就是态度问题了。总体冲着前台态度好给好评，希望能够改进卫生。

酒店地理位置不错，房间夜景也挺漂亮的，房间设施齐全，淋浴间水压不够，酒店大堂不够漂亮，就前台两个服务人员，而且还不穿工装穿便服，基本没看见有其他服务员，总体来说还是可以。

酒店位置没得说，距离地铁，南京路，外滩，城隍庙都很近，出行很方便。酒店房间空间很大，双床，还有很大的客厅。卫生间棚顶装饰掉下来，设施有点旧

预订的家庭房当天由于清洗地毯没能入住，免费升级到了两间双人套房，对酒店的处理很满意，房间超大，去外滩，南京路和城蝗廟都很近，很方便。
