酒店非常棒！首先是位置好！离外滩，南京路，城隍庙都很近，可步行到达。离地铁站也不远。酒店房间挺大，服务也好！中间让服务员换了次床单被罩，还加送了两次毛巾，都很快就满足了，很满意！在这么好的位置这个价格真是不错！性价比很高！房间也很干净，环境也挺安静的，住着很舒服。唯一遗憾是酒店没有餐厅，不提供早餐，不过门口对面的山东中路上有不少小吃店可以解决，还能吃点上海特色小吃，所以也不影响住宿体验！总体很满意！强烈推荐！

这次去上海住了三个酒店，这个是最不满意的！首先说被子，它的被子每天都是有点潮，睡起来粘粘的，再次又碰到台风，晚上12:30左右竟然“停电”了！我大女儿本来睡在外间，吓得睡到我的床边地上，到第二天早上5:00左右才停电，酒店方面说是台风没有办法！（有没有其他酒店停电就不知道了）接着早上还停水了，洗脸、刷牙都等到9:00左右！说到退房，我的几件洗护产品丢在浴室了，退房后5分钟左右我就打电话给前台和他说清楚几件东西，什么颜色的，麻烦他帮我找到放好，回去拿东西看到还有一件卸妆液没有，我就说麻烦他们再帮我找找看，但是前台说已经有顾客入住了，不能找，说只能我自己去，还有就是不能说是前台让我去找的要说我自己，我上去了但是房间里没人。我想我是不会再去这家酒店了！
