1、基础设施比较先进，值得赞扬与肯定。2、服务意识比较差，决大部分都是无窗房间，但是这在订单信息中并没有标注，下单时并未说明是无窗房间，最终却只能入住无窗房间，否则就没有房间，应提高信息的准确度与透明度。3、业务素质比较低，订单信息中说明有“礼”，但是服务员一问三不知，什么都推向携程，问了次数多了，就不耐烦了；如果服务员真的不知，应加强业务的培训与提高；如果服务员是装作不知，那酒店就有故意隐藏优惠之嫌疑，应加强业务水平与承诺的兑现意识。
