据酒店介绍称2010年开业的，虽说7年不算短，但硬件破坏成这样也实在有些说不过去，管理上的问题可见一斑。所有床上、卫浴布草都非常陈旧，卫浴设施都显得脏脏的。电热水壶水渍严重，且烧开了不会自动跳闸，把水烧干为止，非常不安全。空调温度、风力都无法调节（调节后无实际效果），只能开启或关闭，出风口噪音很大，影响睡眠。早餐9点半关闭，9点钟基本就吃不到东西了，睡懒觉是吃不到早餐的，周边附近更是没有一家餐饮店，有些不方便。
