酒店位置非常方便，距离淮海路商业街步行10分钟，15分钟范围内地铁是1号线陕西南路站，10分钟范围内13号淮海中路和2号线茂名北路站，门前71路中运量公交5站直达外滩，前台和客房服务态度超好，周边吃饭也很方便，淮海路上有米其林餐厅，周边还有上海本帮菜，酒店性价比很好。

前台小伙子给升级了带窗的大床房，只是多了个窗户。结果是特别的吵一夜没睡着。如果选就选不靠高架的，估计会好些。卫生条件与四星级有点不匹配。
