陆云服务真的太好了，一开始和朋友两个女生打车，把我们护送到车前才走，很细心。临走的时候我把耳机落在酒店了，一直没发现，陆云一直联系我们直到确认是我丢失的，并且帮我寄了快递。真的十分感谢，下次来上海一定继续住你们的酒店。

这个酒店太可笑了、太荒唐了、预定的酒店到店之后一个东北口音的男客服既然说没有这个房、而且服务态度极其恶劣、搞的最后不敢住了、又去其他酒店入住的、感觉一个黑店、提醒大家千万不要入住这家酒店、太可怕了
