酒店有地下停车库，房间比较大，电视机也很大，整体不错，就是早上7点多服务员没有敲门就拿房卡打开房门，问我要不要打扫，这个时间点都在睡觉，怎么可能打扫房间，后来跟前台反映，据说是服务员搞错了，是隔壁房间退房了，我觉得无论怎么样至少在进房门之前要敲一下门吧，这样不敲门就直接开门吓了我一跳，这种低级错误希望不要再犯！
