服务不错，但前台接待微笑服务。，哈哈，录入信息的前台接待，业务不是很熟悉，可能是新员工.但是服务态度一直也很好，我带着小孩一家三口入住，前台员工建议我选择2米宽大床，三口住会比较宽敞舒服。酒店地理位置超级方便， 前台员工的工作效率很高，我们几间房一起办理入住，很快就办好了，态度也很好，感觉到了酒店的风采！房间好，菜也不错，价格合适！前台服务态度很好，房屋很空敞，空调很凉爽，卫生很干净，交通很方便，入住很满意。

进了房间空调是坏的，给前台打了电话，告知我已通知维修人员，等了10分钟还没来，在房间活活被热出一身汗，再给前台打，再去催，一共打了3个电话最后维修人员才来，这也就算了，最后怕的是我亲眼看见一只蟑螂从床下爬到柜子下！！！！立马要求换房间！绝对毛骨悚然，一晚上没睡，总觉得不干净！早上6点果断退房，再也不会来了！环境太差了！！！

首先，这个房型设计的就有问题。一进门就感觉整个屋子湿乎乎的，然后还有一股霉味，床单也是潮的，晚上睡觉感觉身上巨痒，根本没法睡。就他妈感觉有跳蚤一样，空调的声音又响又不制冷，叫人来修，快一个小时都没动静。前台不仅拉着个脸，一个个说话都和蚊子一样。最搞笑的是，酒店大厅中间地板居然上浮了，这是要起飞么？
