这家酒店服务员素质差，捡到客人东西不上交。我入住洗澡时把三万的钻戒放在床头柜，走的时候匆忙忘记拿了。后来想起来打电话询问说没有，还特地从外地赶过去一趟当面询问服务员，就是一口咬定没有看见。就放在床头柜正中间，又没有掉地上什么的，怎么可能没有看见？难道长翅膀飞了？
