地理位置不错，公共区域的装修风格也很好，只是房间设备陈旧，卫生间设施还好，窗外是个平台，什么都看不到，挨着机房噪音也很大，前台安排房间并未询问客人喜好直接排了角房，不喜欢，必须要吐槽一下衣柜里的衣架，只能挂在衣柜里不能摘下来挂在别处，太不方便，只住一晚就没有想着换房间，感觉跟四星级有差距。

酒店位置可以，地铁站和公汽站离的不远，并且靠近大教堂和电影博物馆，去这两个地方都很方便，周边的商场比较多，购物方便，但是酒店房间比较小，床也很小，洗澡是站在浴缸里面，水流的不及时。晚上只是回来睡一觉，一般都在外面玩，所以也没有需要服务的，不好评价服务，总体来说中规中矩。

早餐中餐为主，也有少量西餐。早餐有紫薯，山药品种比较多。打车方便，去西湖很近步行十五分钟左右，紧挨步行街。还有去富阳公交和商务车总站。去办事方便。以前住过，设备稍旧，但干净。
