酒店的地理位置非常好，地铁很方便，周边配套设备设施很齐全，吃饭非常方便，前台潘秀京 魏宽宽服务特别温馨，一直微笑服务，非常有耐心，客房的卫生也很棒，很干净，早餐是自助形式的，中西餐都有品种非常多，酒店主推的星程那碗面我也尝试了一下，非常棒，推荐大家入住！

有亲戚来沪在星程酒店订了十几个房间，亲戚非常满意，夸奖该店服务周到房间干净，特别是11月8日与9日亲戚陆续来沪，当时订的房间有些乱套，需要核查房间数，有些还要退订后重新再订等一些事，给前台人员添加许许多多的麻烦，该店前台服务员魏宽宽、易梦婷、李亚丹、潘秀京四位不厌其烦地热情帮助使亲戚安心入住我非常感动，她们对待工作认真热情耐心微笑我再一次表示感谢

我觉得商务出差住在星程酒店性价比还是比较高的，房费便宜，设施齐全，服务也不错，晚上办完入住可以在餐厅喝粥和吃水果，床很软很舒服，电视的信号不太清晰，但也无所谓了，反正也不怎么看。

环境很好，酒店人员服务很热情，还有个免费粥品活动。旁边就是便利店，周围都是居民小区，环境安全，超市小吃也很多，离地铁站也不远。五一期间去的，放假还超级便宜，划算！！
