从上海虹桥火车站坐地铁过去交通比较方便，位置比较好找，离地铁站不行600米左右。下午租车去外滩，费用26所以可见不算太远，附近吃饭也算方便，就是酒店设施有点老旧了。服务挺热情的，所以给好评，就是忘记拍照了，因为第二天急忙坐长途车来西塘，对了离长途汽车站站也不远，我们都是步行过去的，也就十几分钟！

本来定的市一米八的大床。结果入住是一米五的床。前台说他们都是大床房，但预定时两个床型价钱不一样，前台说不能退差价，如果实在不愿意住，就自己在同程上退房退款，，，，

环境真的很一般，如果不是算在市区的话，真心不会住。首先是设施方面，比较旧，卫生间洗漱台下漏水，并且还有蜘蛛网。其次电梯运行噪音比较大，对于住在电梯旁边房间的人来说是一种折磨。最后房间服务人员素质需要提高，不是差，而是说话的语气听着让人不是很舒服。
