因飞机晚点2个小时，多次打酒店电话打不通 ，因为怕18:00赶不到入住，就和酒店协商20:00前入住，可是酒店回复说不能推迟，18:00没到就取消订单，太不近人情了，今后不会再入住这家酒店！
