酒店前台在办理入住时不仔细确认预订订单就随意性说没预约。在入住退房后竟然告诉艺龙没有查到入住信息要扣担保金作为房费。经过艺龙的再三确认斡旋终于确认到入住信息退还担保金。但是上海金外滩酒店这种随意性的服务态度，水准低劣。四星酒店的管理能力连快捷酒店都不如，
差评！差评！！差评！！！
试问随意说确认不到入住信息准备扣除客户担保金的酒店谁敢入住谁有功夫跟你们折腾？
