位置确实极佳，拎着行李上阶梯，马上有服务员过来帮忙，订的河景房可以看到边上的苏州河和不远处的外滩美景，第三天续住没订到河景房订到城景房，经理看我们带着俩孩子马上免费给我们换成了家庭房，家庭房舒适多了又大，服务好，点个赞

住的1206，景观非常好，老四星，外滩美景就在眼前，距离地铁6号出口走路五分钟能到，浴缸下水不畅，希望改进。服务态度很好，卫生打扫也不错，南京路附近入住是个好选择！

房间的卫生状况和4星的招牌严重不匹配！！前台服务员的表情好像别人欠他钱似的！！不知道为什么，同程上的价格比店里的价格贵一些呢。同程价583元，到店定558元。
