当时预定酒店套房说是两张大床足够4个人住，到酒店后其中一间有小床.这另我非常不满意.和前台交涉他们的服务态度也不好.，后又开了一间，无故又花多了费用.这家酒店就是位置好方便出行.就这事件而言我不会再住这家酒店了.

酒店的设施、位置不错。就是房费只含一早，且中午12:00退房，没有商量的余地，让人感到服务很死板。可能是世博会的原因，房间小但房价却涨的厉害。

我住了两晚江景套房总体来说还过得去毕竟是为了世博会才住那因为离浦西园区打的也就30块左右比较方便如果不是世博会期间酒店紧张我不会选择这家酒店比较旧环境卫生都一般靠马路早上又很吵所以只能说过得去

酒店的位置還可以離外灘只是計程車起步價，另外到世博的蒲西入口也是很近。我們一行四人入住江景套房，housekeeping同事非常親切。房間亦算幹淨，但洗澡水的水壓很低令到熱水的水流量又慢又少水。奇怪的是冷水卻非常之充足。最不滿的是全間酒店只得一部刷卡機，而且又舊令到checkout的時候花了約一小時才settledownthebill。小心計算roomnightswhencheckingthebillbecausethestaffcaculatethewrongn
