酒店看起来不错，干净，装修也很简洁明了，设施齐全。但是服务很不专业，看起来干净，毛巾里还有头发。前台在9楼，但是电梯上下得刷房卡，所以到达的时候得找保安刷卡。空调第一天是坏的，第二天修了两次才好，酒店方面丝毫没有歉意。退房要求开发票，酒店居然推说是艺龙开，我找出订单里“由酒店开发票”的字样，才说开了寄过来，还不知道什么时候会寄。不愉快的入住体验。
