酒店不是很干净，毛巾上都是脏的，空调开1个半小时降不下来温度，打电话到前台说什么等等就降下来了，我想问一下1个多小时都降不下来温度是什么高级空调，第二次打电话发火了说要不退钱要不换房！快12点了才给我们换了一个房间，早餐太简单了

每次来上海，都住该酒店，不仅因为新店装修，酒店环境新，设备设施新，服务态度新，最重要的是离上海南站和地铁1号3号线不到500米，方便快捷！

去年5月新装修酒店，设备设施崭新齐备，房间干净卫生整洁，交通十分方便快捷，距上海火车南站、上海客运南站、地铁1和3号线不到500米。
建议早餐内容品种、数量质量有待提高和加强。
