女服务员业务能力有限，不够熟练使用外卡机，多次拒绝使用VISA卡，在僵持20分钟后，在热情的男服务员帮助下得到解决。一淋浴沒有热水，经交涉需要等到明天修理，我们已连住了五天，圣今没有得到解决，剩下的七天佳期只能换酒店了。

这家酒店整体还是不错的，主要有免费停车场，方便自驾出游的人，定的一室一厅的挺宽敞的，以后去还会考虑入住的。

酒店随处的位置不错，基本在南京路、外滩和城隍庙中间，很是便捷，走路十几分钟就到。一室一厅一厨一卫，家电基本都有，但洗衣机不能用，厨房无厨具，不过住一晚也就无所谓了，宽带是有限的不方便，卫生还是保持不错，关键是有停车位，退房了还可以交点小费继续停车。
